Welcomes Affiliates of Leading Cleaners Internationale
Leading Cleaners Internationale (LCI) meets in Coral Gables, FL (February 28th, 2007) – Joe and Jessica Lancaster owners of Coral Gables/La Salle Cleaners welcomed LCI affiliates who descended on Coral Gables to meet for a three day thought provoking meeting.
 The melding of Coral Gables and La Salle Cleaners was a match definitely made in heaven with only 5 blocks separating these two landmark dry cleaning companies. This new merger’s strength was aided by a combined ongoing history of 146 years which allowed Joe to look to LCI to help critique his newly acquired dry cleaning operation and facility. LCI affiliates were extremely impressed with Coral Gables/La Salle Cleaners progress since acquiring La Salle Cleaners in September, 2006. “I can’t believe how much has been done is such a short time” said Barry Gershenson.
This event filled meeting brought LCI affiliates from Australia, Canada, and across America who met to study management techniques, public relations and advertising. This prestigious group also focused on developmental sessions of quality, production, customer service and strategic planning. On his quest to be Florida’s First Five Star Certified Couture Cleaner™, Joe spoke about his plans for a complete remodel and showed his renovated production department. Along with his new bridal department, Joe also shared his new updated printed media reflecting his new logo and branding. All of these changes will help Coral Gables/La Salle Cleaners continue to better serve bridal boutiques, Chic Parisien, Coral Gables Bridal and some of their exclusive retailers, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom Couture.
